The following conditions apply:

Delivery takes place domestically (Germany) and to the following countries: Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden.

Shipping costs (including VAT)

Domestic deliveries (Germany):

We charge a flat shipping fee of €4.90 per order. Shipping is free for orders over €50. The regular delivery time is 2-4 working days with DHL.

 

🇦🇹 Shipping to Austria

We ship to Austria with DHL. The standard delivery time is 2–4 business days.

Shipping costs are a flat rate of €8.90. Shipping is free for orders over €75.

🇨🇭 Shipping to Switzerland

Shipping to Switzerland is handled by DHL International. Delivery time is typically 3–6 business days.

Shipping costs are €14.90. Shipping is free for orders over €100.

Important note: Delivery to Switzerland may incur additional customs or import fees that are not included in the product or shipping price. These fees are the buyer's responsibility and are calculated by the responsible customs office.

Deliveries abroad:

For deliveries to EU countries, we charge a flat shipping fee of €12.90. Shipping is free for orders over €75. Shipping is free for orders over €75.00 to other countries.
For deliveries to foreign islands, an island surcharge of €10.00 will be added to the shipping costs.
Delivery times

Unless otherwise specified in the respective offer, delivery of the goods will take place within Germany within 1-4 working days, and for deliveries abroad within 2-7 working days after conclusion of the contract (if advance payment has been agreed, after the time of your payment instruction).
Please note that no deliveries are made on Sundays and public holidays.

If you have ordered items with different delivery times, the goods will be shipped in one shipment unless we have agreed otherwise. In this case, the delivery time will be determined by the item you ordered with the longest delivery time.
